Nothing can end a court case quicker than a personal eye witness. I can tell you from my experience that what I've witnessed with my own two eyes is that Camp Canaan is a place that promotes growth and community which is the formula that makes it possible to change lives. I moved here all the way from Florida to be apart of this camp and from day one of being here my life has been changed. The Lord has really blessed this camp and has blessed me by being apart of it. But don't take it from me... come see it for yourself!

I have to say that I had a blast yesterday at Camp Canaan.  The weather was amazing, the kids were well behaved, the people were awesome, and I walked away... alive.

I don't think I realized what a wimp I am.  Bridges, heights and bats are my main issues.  Yesterday I had a low bridge to drive across and was hoisted way up in the air on the Giant Swing.  Luckily there were no bats.  I definately needed my ibuprofen before bed last night.

My kids were tired, dirty and very happy.  They have talked about Camp all day today.  Jewel wants to know when we can all go - what a joy!

Camp Canaan became a home away from home for my son, Grayson, last summer. After his first week there, he loved it so much that he wanted to go all summer! Camp Canaan has been such a blessing to us. Grayson, and now also our son, Landon, love it there.

Nick, Tiffany, and the rest of the staff are caring, fun, and supportive, and they really take the time to get to know the kids. It's obvious how passionate they are about teaching the kids about God's love, nature, how to all get along, and how important it is to be yourself. Our kids will be at Camp Canaan for years to come!

When I think of Camp Canaan I think of a place where boyhood is celebrated.  A place where my son, Dozier, is able to experience the freedom to be a warrior and an adventurer.  A place where he has the freedom to play hard, to accept challenge both mentally and physically, and to refresh his spirit. With the beautiful wooded landscape and lake view as the back drop,  Camp Canaan gives Dozier the opportunity to experience fellowship with his peers . . . but of greatest significance, he experiences fellowship with Jesus.
